Mortgage Broker:

A middle man between the borrower and the lender (usually a bank), who negotiates the loan on your behalf. They will research rates on the market from the hundreds available, and then support you through the application and settlement process. They will not charge you for their services, as they get a commission from the lender. Traditionally, a broker will get you a better rate or a higher amount than a bank.

Home Inspector:

A home inspector will view every element in and around the home and other structures on the property. Roofing, full exteriors, structural elements, full interiors, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, and all of the components of these are subject to inspection. A home inspector may catch a major flaw that we missed when first looking at the home.

Real Estate Lawyer:

A real estate lawyer specializes specifically in the selling/buying process, this can include things such as real estate disputes and transactions. A real estate lawyer is equipped to prepare and review documents relating to real estate, such as purchase agreements, mortgage documents, title documents, and transfer documents.
