Over 100 years ago Royal LePage was founded by A. E. Thanks to our desire to innovate, we have been able to offer many industry firsts, such as virtual tours and launching a website. Another first was our Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, we are the only real estate company with our own branded charity. Thanks to our strong sense of community and continued support, the Shelter Foundation is dedicated to funding women’s shelters, violence prevention and education programs across Canada.
Due to the changing nature of our profession, we strive to stay ahead by offering our agents new ways to learn and practice. We offer timely information and market data they need, plus state-of-the-art marketing tools, professional development, and in-person training. With over 17,000 agents in more than 600 locations from coast-to-coast it is no surprise that we value education and support.

ROYAL LEPAGE DYNAMIC
First a bit of history, the Company Royal LePage Dynamic Real Estate was found September 11th 2001. This is when the corporate Royal LePage offices in Winnipeg became franchises and thus Royal LePage Dynamic was formed.
Currently our office has over 100 agents, an in house marketing specialist and an in house lawyer.
