Showing your home is one of the most important aspects of getting your home sold, when potential buyers view it in person they will decide if they want to purchase it right away. Lock Boxes
When we go to market I will place a bluetooth lock box in a convenient place on your property. This lock box can only be opened by other realtors and will record every agent who comes through the home. Once the lockbox is in place it will easily allow other agents to show the home should you be away from the home.
How They Work
In most cases a potential buyer will reach out to their Realtor and will request a showing online. How this will work is I will receive the message and the requested time for the showing, I will then call you to confirm the requested time will work for you! In some cases someone may request a showing who is not working with Realtor, should this happen, I will personally meet with the potential buyer and bring them on a showing.
Why They Matter
Once interested buyers have viewed the images and video of your home they will want to come and see it in person. It is important for showings to go well because when these potential buyers view your home they will likely decide at the showing wether they want to write an offer on your home or not.
When Will They Be
Unfortunately there is no definitive answer as to when a showing may take place, however we will do our best to accommodate around your schedule. Typically showings will be sometime between 9am – 9pm depending on the potential buyers work and personal schedule.
